Special Needs Blogger Weekend Link-Up: Hit me baby one more time

It's another Special Needs Blogger Weekend Link-Up—just what you need to take your mind off the fact that August is here already (ack)!

The idea

Link to a favorite post of the week—yours or someone else's.

What to do

Scroll all the way down to the bottom of this post. Where it says "Your name" put the name of the blog followed by the title of the post (or just the name of the post, if there's no room—you get 80 characters).

Like this: Love That Max: Hey, I Want The Bigger Half!

Where it says "Your URL" put the direct link to the post.

Click "Enter." Leave a comment if you want to say more. Go check out some great posts.

Happy linking!

  2. Thanks for hosting this link up I linked to a post I wrote about Aimee Mullins's talk The Opportunity of Adversity it's a great talk I think everyone in contact with a "special needs" person should watch.

  4. Ellen, God bless you for your willingness to support other writers. It is always an honor to share a post through your link-up on Friday.

  5. Ellen, I always appreciate the chance to share and to read other blogs on Fridays! This week my post at A Place to Write Things is about my nervousness about my daughter's first day of kindergarten (which was yesterday - our school system does a balanced calendar so yes, we start on the earlier side). Happily, so far it's going well, and I hope to have a post next week with an update!

  11. Ellen - I kept meaning to thank you for the shout out in your post earlier this week (- I read all of your posts via email and it's impossible to comment from the phone - so I meant to get on the computer and come here and thank you :) ).

I really appreciate you and the solid, good work that you do.

  13. My mom used to see sound as color. So, her mom used to hit her. Kinda missing out on lots of beautiful possibilities with that choice! My post (Disabling vs Not Able... a World of Difference) talks a bit about that, and how we are always able.

Once again, thank-you for offering this chance to share and check out all the other fabulous thoughts, ideas and stories out there!! My favorite weekend activity... along with dancing, sipping coffee and snuggling my children! Hugs!!!

  14. Thanks as always, Ellen. Better late than never for me! Mucho problems with my website server (Bluehost) last week, so I am only getting to this today (Monday)! I think the whole debacle made for one cranky post... but I was going there, anyway.

No beef with you, though! Thanks for the link opportunity!
