I usually hate alarm clocks, because they make me get out of bed in the morning way before I'm ready to. But the iD85 App-enhanced Dual Alarm Clock Radio from iHome makes the task a lot easier. You can play your iPad, iPHone or iPod, charge it, and wake up or sleep to a custom playlist or the radio. There are 12 AM/FM presets.
It's cool to open your eyes to a playlist (although there is no "off" button to make the kids who've crashed in your bed stop whining because you've woken up to Springsteen instead of Radio Disney). The stereo sound is full range and excellent quality, and there's even a remote control; you can even use it to press "snooze" in the morning, although being able to lie in bed and press snooze is a dangerous thing.

I don't know! I never wake up to music. I think I'd like that song "I want to say a prayer before my feet can hit the ground." Except that the first words in that song are "It's 6 a.m." and I get up at 5, so it would be like waking up to a lie every morning. Sigh.

My phone wakes me up to the chime/bells that comes standard on every iPhone. I would lOVE this thing for my office. I work out of an elementary school 3 days a week and most of the kids I counsel 1) can't read an analog clock, which is what I have on my wall 2) love music, which I can't play because my computer doesn't have speakers. I would love to play them some of the rockin' music I have on my iPod! I really believe music can be therapeutic!

Believe it or not I love jazz music. I could wake up to that everyday. Would really get me in a great mood.
I like a gentle wake up rather than a beeping alarm, so music is the perfect choice. I like something instrumental though so it doesn't get stuck in my head all day!

Now this would be an exciting way to wake up...and maybe to Paul Simon.
It would depend on my mood, I think.... some mornings, a nice jaunty instrumental, like perhaps a Scott Joplin rag, some mornings a little of my beloved 80s pop like Duran Duran, and some mornings something mellow...
And then on Mondays, of course, something LOUD (like, say, Eye of the Tiger or We are the Champions, both of which my daughter plays on repeat on her iPod. She would *not* be getting this if I win it!!)

We get up pretty early, but lately the thing that gets us going is Paul Simon's Graceland! My 3yo loves 'MBazo' (Ladysmith Black Mambazo). Crazy, huh? He asks for it!

Hi there! I currently wake up to the Harp Music "ring" that came with my iphone, but would love to be able to play songs of my choice. Monday would obviously be "Manic Monday" (The Bangles), Tuesday would be "Tuesday Afternoon" (The Moody Blues), etc. What a great way to start the day!

WOW. Ok that might work! My girl wakes up throughout the night.. when I hear her on my monitor- I go, but grab my itouch, because audiobooks keep me sane.
otherwise, I would lay there THINKING about all the things spn moms should NOT think about in the dark of night..
Then 5 am comes and I have hopefully staggered back to my bed, and tossed my itouch on the nightstand-I now am in a deep, sleep deprived, hope I dream about something yummy REM sleep, but its time to wake up. hmmmm.
