I own a pair and although the only time I ever run in them is when I am desperately trying to catch a train home from work, just walking in them gives you an exercise boost and you don't even feel it until you take them off and then your muscles are all damn, I DID get a workout.

The SHOOOOES! I've been researching getting a pair of those toning shoes. Lord knows I need the toning, but I won't be setting foot in the gym any time soon! These seem like a good compromise.
