Mom Goodies Giveaway: $800 worth of freebies for you!

It's true: You get some pretty nice freebies at BlogHer (although, oddly, nobody was giving away the thing I want most in life: a good night's sleep). But without you guys, I wouldn't have much of a blog; while I adore my mother, it is nice to have other people reading this thing. So here you go, wonderful readers. I'm giving away...

A limited-edition Lia Sophia chain-link, crystal and lacquer bracelet from the Red Carpet collection, worth $450. It is really gorgeous; my five-year-old has her eye on it, but I think she should stick with the Hello Kitty jewelry for now.


A pair of Skechers Shape-Ups XF, worth $100. These shoes are designed to work your muscles harder when you exercise, so you burn more calories and get more toning-up. I own a pair and although the only time I ever run in them is when I am desperately trying to catch a train home from work, just walking in them gives you an exercise boost and you don't even feel it until you take them off and then your muscles are all damn, I DID get a workout.

A blue-and-white striped cotton Land's End scarf. No idea what it's worth, but who cares? It's cool.

A Kodak EasyShare M580, 14 megapixel camera worth $199. It takes a great photo; you can then tag yours and zap them to Facebook, Flickr, YouTube and Kodak Gallery by pressing a button. Hence, the "easy" in "EasyShare."


A plug-in Scentsy candle warmer, with a scented bar in Autumn Sunset, worth about $18. Peace and quiet not included.
