  1. Hello!

Very glad that HOW TO DEAL WITH SENSORY OVERLOAD IN CHILDREN was published on wonderbaby.org

And I am looking forward to reading EXPLORING FLOWERPOT ISLAND.

I was a little bit famous this week. Judy from AN AUTISM OBSERVER posted part 1 of my favourite blogs [there will soon be a part 2 and a part 3].

Also I found Peggy Heinkel-Wolfe's blog about launching her new book and Sam her son being a social butterfly.

It talks about the power of dance and sociality.

  2. In 2021 the Olympics and Paralympics were had in Tokyo.

Last year I had the privilege to watch Paige Greco win that gold medal. It was down to the wire.

Today [Saturday 16.7.2022] she was interviewed for Benjamin Law's Dicey Topics. Her topics were sex [dating and CP]; money [bonus pay for Paralympians] and religion [Catholicism and self-belief].

  3. So the AFFECT AUTISM interview with Kieran Rose was titled Good intentions and stigma.

Rose talks about functioning labels and real people and Theory of Mind and more and the Double Empathy problem.

  4. The NeuroClasts asked many questions of two senior people at the Judge Rotenberg Centre in Canton, Massachussetts, about why that institution still uses electroshock torture on its vulnerable clients even after human rights organisations and the FDA tried to ban the relevant devices.

[or they were close to some behaviourist organisations and authorities].
