  1. Hi Ellen! I loved seeing Ben's smile! Thanks so much for sharing him with us!

The post I am sharing today from The Cute Syndrome is one I wrote as a sort of ode to the end of Epilepsy Awareness Month. I hope you enjoy!

  2. This week I wrote about one of my favorite therapy tools; using the game Candyland to teach people with disabilities to express their emotions.

I've included tips and modifications so that parents can use this game at home to help their kids communicate their feelings and emotional needs.

I hope you find it helpful!

  3. I'm new to the link-up but shared the 15 month update on our daughter who who was born with a brain malformation called holoprosencephaly back in 2014. She's amazing and we just love having her in our family. She's the glue that keeps us all together.

  6. Thank you for this link-up. This is my first time linking up and I am really looking forward to checking out the other links. :) :) I write mostly about homeschooling life with my two children, one who has Autism and Cerebral Palsy.

Today I'm linking up my gift guide which has some really awesome open-ended toys which can also be used in therapy. I hope you like it :)

  8. Thanks as always for this tremendous resource Ellen. I'm re-posting something from a year ago that I posted just days before Stella Young died. It includes links to two articles she wrote that youth with disabilities, and especially their parents should all read. The disability community misses Stella greatly.
