  1. Hi Ellen -- This is an interview about an interesting book, written by a disabled author, that pushes back against the idea that kids with disabilities should be expected to field constant questions.

      the Catchpole book is great.

      I liked Alison Hughes's points too about the way she responds to questions and how her 4-and-a-half-year-old son wanted another book.

      Glad the Catchpole family recommended the Cotterell book - there is a new one this year called IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE SUNNY.
