As moms we want to protect our kids (sp...LOVE this! As moms we want to protect our kids (special needs or not) from everything. Disappointment, embarrassment, failure, etc. But with risk comes reward and letting them try (and maybe fail) is better than holding them back. I like where he says have faith in ourselves as parents.
