Here would be my question if an Instagra...Ellen....<br />Here would be my question if an Instagram Mama to a little girl who has C.P. had not already answered it.... ‘Is cerebral palsy a birth defect? I mean, are children born with it?’ {Alright, that is two questions…. Ha!!}. I used to think that children were born with cerebral palsy.... Except for in Max's case, because he suffered from a stroke. Children can be born completely healthy, but something happens that 'hurts' their brains, which causes them to be Beautifully Unique individuals with cerebral palsy?!
