Special Needs Blogger Weekend Link-up: Share your fave post of the week

I'm starting weekly link-ups for bloggers who have kids with special needs. The idea: share a favorite post of the week. It can be something you wrote, or something another blogger wrote that you loved. It's hard keeping up with each other; hopefully, this will make it a little easier.

What to do:

Where it says "Your name" put the name of your blog followed by the title of your post (or just the name of the post, if there's no room—you get 80 characters).

Like this: Love That Max: I Just Won The Powerball Lottery!

Where it says "Your URL" put the direct link to the post.

Click "Enter." Leave a comment if you want to say more. Done!

Happy linking!

  5. Hi Ellen, this is a great idea. I've been gone from blogging for awhile and I can't think of a better way to jump back in. Look forward to reading.

  6. Wonderful blog you have. Shared your recent one about the model with Down Syndrome. I'm glad to see children with disabilities have opportunities just like other children. Poor souls who don't understand how beautiful they are. I'm sharing a post written from a teacher's view: "Is there a Child with Special Needs in the Classroom." It is part of a Special Needs Carnival linking to wonderful posts written by moms and teachers. Thanks for the linky.

  8. Hi Ellen!
I am also having a Summer Series for a Disability-related Blog Hop on my blog, With a Little Moxie. All bloggers across the disability spectrum are invited. Not many left - but it would be great if you joined us.

Since it's been successful, we'll probably have a repeat in the Fall. The point is to also connect bloggers who HAVE disabilities with bloggers who have someone in their life with a disability (so say, the difference between being a parent of child with a disability and being a person with a disability). Connect and create community.

The link for this week (which is still live) -

I let a link to one of my posts that's kid of funny to me. I remember when my son logged into my computer with my password and left me staring at both he and the computer for minutes on end! That is something I think about today... lol.
